Do you cover wedding receptions?
Absolutely! Because every wedding is different and unique, we don’t try to fit them into “hours” based type collections. Simply put, we don’t charge by the hour for our typical wedding coverage. We begin photographing when the dress goes on and we continue through the first dances at the reception. If you want us to start earlier or stay later, then there is an hourly charge.
When do we get our wedding proofs?
Your proofs will be ready six weeks after the wedding. We do everything that we can to get them to you sooner but we may need that extra time especially during our busy season. It’s better to under promise and over deliver! Besides, even at six weeks we’re still a lot faster than most studios. Remember too that we can provide an instant gratification slideshow for your wedding reception, and we post it online the day after.
How do you pronounce your name?
Yore Naym. Ha–just kidding. It’s really very simple. It’s pronounced just the way it looks: Von Ins. Von rhymes with Don, Ron, and John. Ins is like the ins and the outs. Although my family comes from Switzerland, Von Ins is a German name.
